General Information
Automatic Insulation Oil Dielectric Tester is used to carry on power frequency dielectric break down test on the transformer oil, capacitor oil, electric device, insulation tool, electric manufacturer and etc. It adopts full auto digital microcomputer, which has the function of high accuracy, strong anti-interference ability and safe reliability
Feature
- Equipped with a microprocessor, this device seamlessly conducts withstand voltage tests for oil circulation within the range of 0 to100 This encompasses tasks such as boosting, maintaining, mixing, standing, calculating, and printing, among others.
- Featuring a spacious LCD screen for clear display.
- User-friendly operation. Once the operator performs simple settings, the machine automatically executes the withstand voltage test on a sample oil cup. The breakdown voltage values, ranging from 1 to 6 times, and the cycle counts are stored automatically. Subsequent to the test, the thermal printer generates a hard copy of each breakdown voltage value along with the average value.
- Power-down functionality enables the preservation of up to 100 test results. Additionally, the device exhibits the current ambient temperature and humidity.
- Employing a single-chip microcomputer to steadily elevate the voltage. The voltage frequency is precisely set at 50HZ, ensuring precise control throughout the entire process.
- Incorporates safeguards against over-voltage, over-current, and limit breaches to guarantee operator safety.
- Capable of displaying measured temperature and system clock readings.
- Facilitates computer communication via a standard RS232 interface
