Thus, it can judge whether the transformer has been severely damaged and needs to be overhauled according to the measurement results.

  • Control and data acquisition are executed through a high-speed, highly integrated microprocessor.
  • The hardware integrates dedicated DDS digital high-speed scanning technology (from the USA), enabling precise fault diagnosis, including winding distortion, bulging, shifting, tilting, inter-turn short-circuit deformations, and inter-phase contact short-circuits.
  • Utilizes high-speed dual-channel 16-bit A/D sampling, effectively capturing significant waveform changes during field tests, tap changer operations, etc.
