Transformer turn ratio test
Prøvning af transformatorens isolationsmodstand

Transformer capacitance & tan delta test
Test af transformatorens belastningstab (kortslutning) og impedans

Prøvning af temperaturstigning i transformatorer

This article analyzes the main causes of open circuits in substation batteries and proposes preventative measures, including methods for detecting and preventing battery open-circuit faults

Battery load bank is a device that is used to test the performance and capacity of batteries by subjecting them to a simulated load, which realize the constant discharge at the set value by regulating continuously the discharge current.

The purpose of VLF testing is to detect any potential weaknesses or defects in the insulation of cables and equipment, which can cause electrical breakdowns and failures.

Tan-delta test is also know as dielectric losss testing. Dielectric loss refers to the energy loss that occurs in a dielectric material (such as the insulation of a transformer) when an electric field is applied to it. The dielectric loss is caused by the electrical resistance of the material, which results in the conversion of electrical energy into heat.

The maintenance of electrical equipment is a key point that cannot be ignored in the entire production work. It not only provides guarantee for the production of enterprises, but also vigorously promotes the development of electrical equipment in China. Therefore, for now, it is of great significance to study the preventive daily maintenance of electrical equipment.

It is a difficult process to choose the right and suitable battery test equipment for your different application. Here is some test equipment for your battery testing for checking battery the state of health.

What is VLF testing ?

VLF testing is a method to test Medium voltage and high voltage cable for verifying the cable insulation . VLF diagnostic testing is a withstand voltage test usually carried out at a frequency of between 0.1 Hz and 0.01 Hz rather than 50/60 Hz.
